Which Top 3 Self Defense Skills Are Most Important
I recently posted this question on Facebook and it received quite a bit of attention so thought I would blog about and include my answers. SAFE International Self Defense Blog Drill Analysis I recently posted a video of one of our self defense ground drills that we teach to high school students or anytime we are covering how to defend against an attack on the ground. Buying Online Self Defense Certifications

Maybe I am imagining it, but there appears to be more and more online self defense certifications than there were just a few years ago. I am a self defense instructor and I do operate a self defense business. I am in the business of making people safer and in making a profit. I have purposely made our programs affordable for the average person, and in some cases free, for those who may need it, but can' afford it.
