I was doing a little research on criminals and whether or not on some level they do want to get caught at some point in their criminal career. At SAFE International we teach that attackers do not want to get caught so part of one's self defense response verbally or physically should include skills that address that.  Another reason I began to question whether they want to get caught or not is because we increasingly hear stories where people perform acts of violence where you think they must know they will likely die or at a minimum be seriously injured. My Thoughts On "What To Do If Attacked On A Run"

In this blog I would like to offer my thoughts on an article that was in a recent issue of Men's Health titled, "How to Stay Safe On a Run—Especially When a Killer Clown Is Chasing You"  They offer some tips on what to do if attacked while on a run and a number of their recommendations cause me to pause and question. My Top 7 Self Defense Frustrations

idiotI thought it might be fun to vent on what my Top 7 Self Defense Frustrations are in regards to self defense.  As usual, this is my opinion so I might be out to lunch, but all I have is my opinion so there,  I stand by these :0).  Please feel free to agree, disagree, or offer some of your thoughts.
